Stayed at a fancy villa with free WiFi, pool, and terrace. The hot tub was a nice touch. Loved the private parking. Palace and church nearby, perfect for my posh self.
Who needs peace and quiet when you can wake up to the lovely sound of construction work right next to your villa? Just the thing to start your day with a bang!

villa franica was even better than our previous stay in zadar. the beautiful, well-maintained villa exceeded our expectations. the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and offering a late checkout. the hot tub was a fantastic bonus.

The villa at Villa Franica was absolutely stunning, just like the pictures. It was modern, clean, and well-maintained, making for a truly enjoyable stay. The pool area was gorgeous, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub. The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and offering a later checkout time. Plus, the fridge was stocked with essentials like milk, juice, and even beer, which was a nice touch. we had a fantastic time at Villa Franica and would highly recommend it.

The pool and hot tub were amazing! They were clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. the villa itself was immaculate and modern, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. the host was also very kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and offering a late checkout time.
There was a lot of construction work going on around the property, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the garden area. the noise from the construction started early in the morning and continued throughout the day, which was quite disruptive.
